The agreement marks a significant step in merging social media with crypto innovation. Key Highlights:

• CRO Integration & Wallet Infrastructure
  Truth Social and Truth+ will roll out a revamped rewards system using Crypto.com’s digital wallet infrastructure. Users can convert earned “gems” into Cronos (CRO) tokens, which can be used to pay for subscriptions or services across platforms. Free or discounted access to Truth+ may be offered to those who open a Crypto.com account, and both platforms will be co-marketed.
• Cross-Investment & Custody Support
  Trump Media will purchase approximately $105 million worth of CRO (~685.4 million tokens, roughly 2% of the total CRO market cap). Crypto.com will invest $50 million in Trump Media common stock. Both investments come with lock-up periods. Trump Media’s CRO holdings will be secured via Crypto.com Custody, enabling staking and additional revenue generation.
• New Treasury Entity via SPAC Merger
  The companies are jointly launching a new entity—Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc.—through a definitive business combination with SPAC Yorkville Acquisition Corp. This entity will act as a digital asset treasury firm focused on CRO acquisition.
